Stacie Sweeney Cooper, a Third Generation Broker Associate and co-owner at Sweeney Real Estate, has been licensed since 2000. She grew up in the real estate business working with her family at the office on Saturdays and during the summers.  As a former educator, Stacie is committed to education and continues taking classes that assist her in meeting her client's diverse needs and goals.

Stacie has earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute),  CBR (Certified Buyer's Representative), SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). In 2024, Stacie took additional education to earn two more designations; ABR (Accredited Buyer's Represetative) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).  Through the years, Stacie earned awards from the Iowa Association of Realtors for sales/leases.  As a former certified Associate Appraiser, she stays on top of the area market for pricing of properties and diligently researches values.   She has served as a board member and as past president of the Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors, Board member of the Northeast Iowa Housing Trust Fund, Board Member of Northeast Iowa Community Action, Waukon Preschool, and former board member of a local school.  Stacie has had experience in marketing and sales of businesses, land, farms, commercial properties, lease management, new construction, investments, and residential properties. With this wide range of experience, Stacie serves with integrity, ethics, and trust with her clients. 

Having grown up in Northeast Iowa, Stacie and her husband, Jim, knew that it is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. With their 4 children, they enjoy the outdoors as much as possible; boating on the Mississippi River, biking, fishing, hiking, and hunting are all activities their family enjoys in the Driftless area! Stacie enjoys volunteering in the church and local communities, attending community events, and supporting local businesses.  Stacie always makes time for her clients, providing them with great service, whether buying or selling!
